All embroidery machines are different. PLEASE
ensure the design sizes will fit within your hoop(s) sizes and work with your
embroidery machine. All sales are final.
No refunds are given. However, if you have any issues with the design, please
let me know so I can look into fixing the design for you.
NOTE: I do not recommend opening the
files in any form of software. It is best to just upload the design straight to
your machine. When files are opened in embroidery programs that are not native
to the creation of the file, the design stitching can become altered causing
the design to stitch out differently. Also, please DO NOT RESIZE DESIGNS, even
the slightest resizing, can cause distortion in stitching (gaps, overlap,
misplaced stitches, etc.). I cannot guarantee the quality of the designs if they
are altered in any way.

copyrighted.
You may NOT use these designs or any
part of the designs to CREATE YOUR OWN DIGITAL DESIGNS of any kind, including
embroidery designs, cutting files (SVG, EPS, AI, studio, etc.), or make physical
cut designs such as heat transfers, vinyl decals, etc.
You
MAY use these designs to STITCH ONTO PHYSICAL ITEMS for sale.
